All LUMI K products are 100% authentic and every shipment is tracked. Each product page tells you where the item ships from.

Where products ship from

South Korea: most of our Korean skincare and makeup ships directly from Korea.
Spain: some products ship from a warehouse in Europe.
Italy: "in stock" products ship from our own warehouse.

Products from South Korea: 7-14 business days. During peak periods, order processing may take a few extra days.
Products from Spain: Italy 4-6 business days, other EU countries 4-8 business days.
Products from Italy: 2-4 business days within Italy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or because of carrier delays.

Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Denmark: €8.99, free from €59

We currently do not ship to Greece, Cyprus, Malta, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or other countries not listed.

United States: any import duties or taxes charged by US authorities may be collected on delivery and are paid by the recipient.
Products from Italy and Spain: no extra charges, the checkout price is final.
Products from South Korea, EU deliveries: some products ship with VAT and customs already paid; for others the carrier may collect import VAT and any customs duties on delivery. The Italian version of each product page shows which applies. If in doubt, contact us before ordering.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.

If products ship from different warehouses, you may receive more than one parcel, each with its own tracking number, at no extra shipping cost.
